Role Overview The Facility / Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the cacao factory floor, ensuring smooth production coordination, maintaining facility standards, and supporting operational efficiency. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Floor Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations on the factory floor
- Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor workflow and assist in resolving operational issues

Facility Management

- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and upkeep of the factory facility
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff within the facility
- Ensure all work areas remain safe, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and operations teams to support daily requirements
- Ensure materials and resources required for production are available on time
- Communicate operational updates with relevant teams





Inventory & Materials Oversight

- Monitor raw material availability and basic inventory requirements
- Coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishments

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain operational records and basic documentation related to facility management
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and facility protocols

Requirements

- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage floor operations and supervise support staff
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a production or factory setting
- Prior experience in facility management, operations, or production supervision is preferred
