Position Description



- Responsible for preparing Sustainability Strategy


- Responsible for reviewing sub-strategies to support overall Sustainability Strategy


- Responsible for ensuring consistency of programs with HQ Sustainability strategy


- Responsible for active control of stakeholder dialogues


- Responsible for cooperation and coordination on Sustainability strategy and projects with other brands


- Responsible for Sustainability Review Board &
- Sustainability Roundtable


- Responsible for SAVWIPL ESG Reporting

Primary Responsibilities

- Develop and steer sustainability strategy for SAVW. Analyse business requirements, future trends, legal requirements and cost and reward options and implementation roadmap ideas to bring up a sustainability strategy for SAVW.

- Coordinate with Skoda a.s for consistency of sustainability programs and regular information exchange and alignment.
- Lead the projects based on implementation guidelines and ensure active controls of dialogue with stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed within the stipulated timeline with the desired results.
- Creation, regular maintenance and further development of materiality matrix, as per HQ guidelines and also as per legal guidelines
- Regular dialogues with the stakeholders to assess opportunities and risks.
- Representation in HQ and group sustainability working committees from SAVW side.
