? Experience: 3–5 Years in Estate Management, Resort Operations, Hospitality, or Property Management

? Reporting To: Owner / Management

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the farm and resort.

Supervise housekeeping, gardening, security, maintenance, and kitchen staff.

Coordinate guest services, room readiness, bookings, and events.

Oversee landscaping, plantation, irrigation, and routine farm activities.

Maintain records of daily expenses, purchases, inventory, vendor payments, and maintenance activities.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and duty schedules.

Ensure hygiene, safety, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Provide regular operational and financial updates to the owner/management.

Ensure cost control, productive resource utilisation,



and protection of property assets.
