About the Role

Hiring at TATA Technologies Ltd. JD of HIL Systems Engineer:

Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing HIL system simulation models for multiple platforms. This will involve building the model, running validation test cycles, and analyzing and troubleshooting the results.
- Set up and configure real-time test stands.
- Execute performance and control’s related analysis tasks using developed models.
- Understand the adjacent system models that provide boundary conditions or interact with your model.
- Troubleshoot a modeling problem and document the troubleshooting process.
- Present modeling results with explaining the boundary conditions, parameters, and outputs of a model.
- Document on a Power Point presentation.
- Explain why the model results are valid (e.g the validation process, model accuracy, model assumptions, etc.).
- Effective collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders





Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Electronics and Telecommunication / Electrical Engg- with relevant 2-5 yrs of Hardware in loop & integrated testing experience in Power Systems/Automotive domain/Engine feautes/Internal Combustion Engine.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Hardware in loop test benches (PCI/PXI test bench)
- Expert in Labview, NI Teststnad, NI Veristand.
- Basic knowledge of engine systems and electronic controls will be helpful.
- Should have understanding of Engine duty cycle/Stimulus
- Skilled in HIL bench troubleshooting
- Understanding of Systems Simulations & Systems integration models (GT Model, PureSIM, etc)
- Proficient in MATLAB Simulink model understanding and close looping
