Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Endodontist role based at Cosmodent India in Gurugram. The Endodontist will diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues, including performing root canal therapies, retreatments, and related surgical procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, interpreting radiographs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based endodontic care aligned with clinic protocols.

The role involves collaborating with general dentists and specialists, educating patients on treatment options and preventive care,



maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and quality standards. The Endodontist is expected to contribute to a positive patient experience by providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

- Solid clinical expertise in Endodontics, including diagnosis and treatment of complex cases.
- Solid foundation in Dentistry and Medicine relevant to oral healthcare practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Dental Care procedures with a focus on quality and safety.
- Commitment to excellent Patient Care, including clear communication and empathetic chairside manner.
- BDS degree with MDS in Endodontics (or Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics) from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration/license as required by local regulations.
- Experience using modern dental equipment, digital radiography, and advanced endodontic instruments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail, adherence to infection control protocols, and commitment to continuous professional development.
