VeloxCheck is looking for an experienced skilled with strong knowledge of education verification, university coordination, and case allocation across multiple background verification services.

? Key Responsibilities

- Education Verification
- Verify degrees, diplomas, certificates, and educational qualifications.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Have practical knowledge of the university letterhead process for education verification, including drafting requests, submitting documents, following up with institutions, and obtaining official verification responses.
- Track pending verifications and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure verification quality and timely report completion.
- Case Allocation & Operations
- Allocate verification cases to the appropriate teams and field executives.
- Manage allocation for Employment, Address, Identity, Criminal Record, Reference, Global Database, and other verification checks.
- Monitor case status, turnaround time (TAT), and pending reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external verification partners.




- Maintain case tracking records and ensure timely report delivery.

✅ Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in background verification (BGV), education verification, or verification operations.
- Mandatory: Practical knowledge of the university letterhead process in education verification.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

- Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Salary: As per experience and skill set
