Role Description The Edtech Counselor role at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The counselor will guide prospective learners through available education and training offerings, understand their goals, and recommend suitable programs or courses. Daily tasks include conducting consultations via calls and in-person meetings, explaining program features and outcomes, and supporting learners throughout the enrollment process.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with leads, and collaborating with internal teams to improve counseling processes and learner engagement.

The Edtech

Counselor is expected to meet defined targets while providing transparent, empathetic, and ethical guidance to all learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to effectively understand learner needs and explain program options.
- Candidates should possess skills in client counseling, guidance,



and relationship building, with a focus on learner success and satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and follow-up skills, including lead management, objection handling, and conversion while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills to manage records, schedules, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in counseling, academic advising, or edtech roles is beneficial, along with familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; additional certifications in counseling, education, or psychology are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, adapt to a dynamic environment, and join immediately within the specified salary range of 35k–45k in hand.
