Role Description The Education Counselor role is a full-time on-site position based in Gurgaon.

The Education

Counselor will engage with working professionals to understand their background, career goals, and challenges, and recommend appropriate educational programs and skill-building opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and telephonic), assessing individual needs, providing information on learning pathways, and guiding learners through decision-making and enrollment processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions, following up with prospective learners,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve counseling strategies and service quality.

The Education

Counselor will also contribute to outreach activities, participate in events or webinars, and provide feedback on emerging trends in skilled education and training.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related knowledge to effectively recommend suitable learning and development pathways.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide individuals through career transitions, upskilling plans, and professional challenges.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex options in simple terms.
- Relevant experience in academic advising, training and development, or counseling for working professionals is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse professionals are essential.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems to manage inquiries, track interactions, and generate reports is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet counseling and conversion targets responsibly.
