Job Title: E-commerce Manager, Online Food Delivery

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA (negotiable for deserving candidates)

About the Role A legacy non-veg restaurant chain in Tamil Nadu, known for its strong brand value and presence across the state, is looking for an E-commerce Manager to take care of its online food delivery business.

You will manage day-to-day operations on food delivery platforms, working closely with the outlet managers and the Scalyon team.

What You Will Do

- Manage the restaurant’s listings on food delivery platforms across 15+ outlets (Chennai Branches only), including menus, pricing, images, offers and visibility.
- Be the day-to-day contact for food delivery account teams and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with outlet managers on item availability, prep times, packaging, ratings and delivery quality
- Track order, conversion and cancellation numbers outlet by outlet, and act on what the data shows
- Run ads and promotions within agreed budgets and track the returns
- Monitor reviews and ratings, find the cause of recurring complaints and work with the kitchens to fix them
- Work with our team on audits, playbooks and growth plans, and carry them out at outlet level




- Prepare timely performance reports for management
- Menu Hygiene & Engineering.

Who We Are Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in online food delivery, aggregator management or restaurant marketplace operations
- Preferred: candidates from food tech companies such as Zomato or Swiggy, or those with hands-on experience doing similar work for a leading restaurant chain
- Working knowledge of partner dashboards, ads tools and settlement reports
- Comfortable working with metrics such as orders, AOV, conversion, discounts and ad returns
- Skilled at coordinating with multiple outlet teams to get shit done.
- Fluent in English and Tamil
- Willing to visit outlets from time to time for audits and reviews.

- Experience with multi-outlet restaurant groups
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
