Company Description Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup developing an enzymatic biorefinery platform to convert non-wood agricultural waste into industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. The company focuses first on revenue-generating enzyme production for sectors such as textiles and wastewater treatment, and then on high-margin cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable materials.

Its technology is optimized for Indian biomass, enabling cost-efficient and scalable production. By leveraging circular manufacturing principles, Cellumantra helps reduce farm-waste burning and lowers dependency on imported inputs. Applicants will join a mission-driven organization working at the intersection of biotechnology, sustainability, and industrial innovation.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for DUBAI-SINGAPORE C.A/C.S for EFS/TL consultants on success fee. The consultant will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and facilitating export finance solutions (EFS) and trade licensing (TL) arrangements for the company’s operations and partners in Dubai and Singapore. Day-to-day tasks include assessing financing options, advising on cross-border compliance requirements, coordinating with financial institutions, and preparing documentation aligned with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

The role also involves supporting negotiations with international stakeholders, tracking transaction progress, and advising leadership on risk management and deal structuring. The consultant will collaborate virtually with the founding team, provide periodic reports on pipeline development,



and work to ensure that success-fee engagements are aligned with company objectives and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Expertise in chartered accountancy and/or company secretarial practice, with experience in international finance, corporate structuring, or cross-border transactions involving Dubai and Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of export finance solutions, trade licensing processes, and regulatory compliance in relevant jurisdictions, including familiarity with banking procedures and due diligence requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and manage financial and legal documentation, including agreements, term sheets, compliance reports, and governance-related records.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring for success-fee consulting engagements, with a focus on ethical and transparent practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely across time zones and build relationships with institutional and corporate stakeholders.
- Prior experience working with startups, sustainability-focused ventures, or industrial/biotech projects is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualified qualifications (e.g., CA, CS, or equivalent international certifications) and a strong track record in advisory or consulting roles.
