Job Profile Summary -

The Director of Infrastructure Engineering works in a matrixed environment, collaborating with peer leaders within each of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on strategy and daily operations to ensure KPIs are met. This role also leads the Technology CoE associates in our India office. This Director shares information on emerging technologies and digital trends, while contributing to the development of the business and technology strategies.

Additionally, this role ensures that team practices align with information systems and technology governance policies, standards and procedures, including meeting audit requirements for both global and external audits. The position ensures compliance with local Indian laws and regulations regarding IT service delivery within a special economic zone (SEZ) entity. Additionally, this leader plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including financial regulators, internal associates, brand partners, and internal partners.

Essential Job Functions

- Collaborate with senior leaders in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- In collaboration with the CoE leaders, set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity for India based associates.
- Work with CoE leaders in the development of financial and budgetary plans.

devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
- Oversee information technology operations in India and evaluate them according to established goals -
- Collaborate with CoE and governance teams to devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by leadership.
- Participate in the analysis of business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure productive and timely completion of tasks and report those findings to the CoE leader.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study.
- 12+ years experience as an IT director or similar role within the IT industry.
- 7+ years direct leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional certifications, such as ITIL, CISA, CISM, Agile or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
