Role Description

This full-time, in office Digital Marketing Specialist role is based in Gurugram. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and campaign data, and reporting insights to stakeholders.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and client partners to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.



The specialist will stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to recommend improvements and new initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting campaign results.
- Relevant experience with SEO/SEM, paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social ads), and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

- Min 4 yrs to 5 yrs agency background
