Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Bilaspur.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote ORA Makers’ real estate offerings, brand, and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, overseeing online lead generation activities, analyzing web and campaign performance, and optimizing marketing strategies based on data insights. The role involves coordinating with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, creating and supervising digital content,



and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, creating content calendars, and engaging with audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with the ability to design and optimize funnels that convert prospects into qualified inquiries.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to measure and improve performance.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with marketing automation or CRM tools, and prior experience in real estate or property-related industries.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, and 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, are preferred.
