Harshwal Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. supports US-focused accounting, audit, tax, professional services and AI-driven technology initiatives. We seek a hands-on skilled who can independently manage paid digital advertising and edit compelling videos for our brands, services and SaaS tools.

Key Responsibilities

Paid advertising and campaign management

- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising accounts, campaign pages, audiences, budgets and campaign assets.
- Build lead-generation, awareness and retargeting campaigns for relevant US B2B audiences.
- Coordinate with the team on landing pages, tracking, conversion goals and ad creatives.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversions and ROI/ROAS where measurable; conduct A/B tests.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with recommendations.

Video editing and creative production
- Edit reels, short-form ads, product demos, explainers, promotional and corporate videos.
- Add captions, music, motion graphics, transitions, brand treatments and clear calls to action.




- Adapt videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and website placements.
- Repurpose long-form footage into concise clips while maintaining consistent quality and branding.

Marketing coordination
- Work with the DM lead, SEO/content and design teams on campaign calendars and deliverables.
- Support promotion of Harshwal services and products, including Vachi.ai and related tools.
- Maintain organized campaign files, source footage, final exports and reporting records.

Required Skills
- Practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Google Ads.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels/tags, audience targeting and campaign analytics.
- Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent.
- Knowledge of subtitles, aspect ratios, pacing, sound and basic motion graphics.
- Clear English communication, deadline ownership and a portfolio of completed work.
