About the RoleBusiness WebSoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can help us grow our online presence, generate quality leads, and promote our software products, SaaS platforms, and websites.

We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing beyond just posting on social media and can contribute to real business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for IT services, software development, and SaaS products.
- YouTube Marketing: Manage and grow YouTube channels, optimize videos for SEO, improve reach and engagement, and develop strategies to increase subscribers and views.
- Product & Website Promotion: Create and execute marketing strategies for current software products, SaaS applications, and website launches.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Paid Advertising: Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- SEO & Website Traffic: Improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
- Content Marketing: Coordinate promotional content, social media posts, videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Client Communication: Handle client calls, understand marketing requirements, discuss campaign progress,



and provide professional updates.
- Campaign Reporting: Monitor leads, conversions, website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with practical exposure to marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube marketing and lead generation is essential.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Ability to promote new products and websites and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in handling client calls and discussing marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
