Role Description The Digital Marketing and Lead Management Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ghaziabad. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. The executive will monitor campaign performance, analyze web and engagement analytics, and refine strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Daily responsibilities include managing social media content and responses, coordinating with sales or advisory teams on incoming leads,



maintaining accurate lead records, and following up with prospective clients through calls, emails, or messaging platforms. The role also includes creating basic marketing content, supporting online promotions, and contributing ideas to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing to plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging prospects and coordinating with internal teams.
- Familiarity with lead management processes, CRM or lead-tracking tools, and follow-up practices.
