Full Time internship - a grassroot program to your full time job

What you feel:

If you've ever felt like a misfit in a corporate box, this is for you.

If you have a beautiful, chaotic insanity and you're looking for a place to channel it... this is for you.

If you're one of the few who don't watch the clock because you're obsessed with building something great... this is for you.

We're Kraft Concepts. We're expanding to Bangalore and building our founding team.

We don't care where you've been, what your degree is, or who you were. We care about who you are, what you can build, and how driven you are to do it.

If you said, yes, this is a right swipe.

Let's build.

What You'll Do (The Bridge):

The "Now": Execute [design / edits] with world-class Kraft. You are the backbone of our creative output and will deliver A-grade work on all "current" client needs.

The "Future": Understand that your [designs / edits] are the "clean data" the Al needs to see. You'll focus on consistency and authority, not just one-off viral "hits."

Bring your own ideas. We listen to talent, not titles.

everything. Absorb. Ask questions.

- Support the creative team on all tasks.

- Build your portfolio with real work that's part of a real "engine."
- Take a strategic brief and turn it into a world-class visual campaign. You will own the visual craft from concept to execution

Who You Are:

- Your craft is your obsession. Your portfolio is your only degree.
- You are "insanely driven" to make beautiful, smart, effective work.
- You're Hungry. You're Driven. A cultural sponge.
