Demand Generation Representative

Location: Remote | Experience: 2 to 8 years | Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000 per month (fixed) + performance incentives

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, confident Demand Generation Representative to research and engage prospects across calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify them against our ICP, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Research and Intent

- Research prospects across LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other relevant channels to identify potential buyers.
- Identify buying signals and intent indicators to understand prospects' current needs, challenges, and readiness to engage.

Outreach and Qualification

- Make outbound calls and run multi-channel campaigns (structured email cadences and LinkedIn engagement) to generate interest and book meetings.
- Personalise outreach based on prospect research, business needs, and intent signals to improve response and meeting conversion rates.
- Introduce the company and its offerings clearly,



and qualify prospects against the ICP.

Pipeline and Follow-ups
- Track prospect activity and engagement to prioritise high-intent leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up to confirm them.
- Maintain call logs and keep Google Sheets updated.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers.
- Achieve daily and weekly meeting targets.

Skills and Requirements

- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a good command of English.
- Confident objection handling.
- Comfort with Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn for research and outreach.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is a strong plus.
