What You Will Do :

• Lead, develop and grow a distributed Delivery Assurance team, setting explicit expectations and building capability in automation.
- Own the test strategy and approach across our applications, cloud services, integrations and the wider transformation programme.
- Define and run release quality gates and governance so readiness decisions are based on evidence, not optimism.
- Plan and coordinate SIT and UAT for complex, multi-system releases, working closely with programme leadership, vendors and business process owners.
- Drive the shift from manual to automated testing, with a clear roadmap, priorities and measurable progress.
- Introduce AI into testing practice where it improves speed, coverage or insight.
- Establish quality metrics and reporting that give leadership an honest view of delivery risk.
- Work with engineering, architecture, integration and product teams to build shared quality ownership rather than treating testing as a final checkpoint.
- Continuously improve processes,

tooling and documentation as the organisation evolves.

- A practical view on how AI can improve testing, beyond experimentation.
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
- An advantage: experience with Azure, SAP, CargoWise or the logistics industry
