IILM University invites applications for the position of Dean – School of Computer Science &

Engineering. The Dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the School, ensuring excellence in teaching, curriculum development, industry engagement, research,

accreditation, faculty development, and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide academic and strategic leadership for the School.

 Drive curriculum innovation and ensure academic excellence.

 Oversee program delivery, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

 Mentor and develop faculty while fostering a collaborative academic culture.

 Strengthen industry partnerships, internships, placements, and experiential learning opportunities.

 Promote research, innovation, funded projects, and interdisciplinary initiatives.

 Lead accreditation, ranking, and continuous improvement efforts.





Qualifications & Experience

 Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related discipline from a reputed institution.

 Minimum 15 years of academic experience, out of which 5 years in leadership and administrative responsibilities.

 Proven experience in managing academic programs, faculty, and institutional initiatives.

 Solid record of research publications, funded projects, and industry engagement.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile

 Experience in reputed national or international universities.

 Exposure to accreditation, quality assurance, and academic administration.

 Ability to drive academic growth, innovation, and institutional excellence.
