Lumesa builds AI-driven production systems for fashion brands. We help brands create and deliver high-quality visual content at scale — faster and more consistent than traditional workflows. Our work combines AI, structured operations, and vendor networks to run high-volume creative pipelines across generation, editing, and delivery.

What this role really is

This is not a typical project management role. You'll be in the middle of live production — tracking outputs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, flagging issues before they become fires, and keeping delivery on track across multiple projects at once.

You won't be building a strategy. You'll be executing it and doing it well.

What you'll own

- Track and manage daily production across pre-production → generation → QA → final delivery
- Coordinate with designers, AI teams, QA, and engineers to keep execution aligned
- Manage external vendors daily — allocate work, track throughput, follow up on delays
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and project status updates (Excel/Sheets or tools like ClickUp/Asana)
- Flag bottlenecks early and escalate with a clear summary of the problem and options
- Handle volume spikes and rework loops with support from senior team members
- Help translate client briefs into task-level execution plans

What we're looking for You'll do well here if you've done some of this before:

- Coordinated or tracked high-volume operations (content, ecommerce, manufacturing, or similar)




- Worked with external vendors or freelancers and followed up on deliverables
- Juggled multiple projects at the same time without dropping the ball
- Used spreadsheets and project tools to stay organized

Skills that matter:
- Comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets — trackers, status logs, basic dashboards
- Familiar with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Monday
- Organized and detail-oriented under pressure
- Can communicate clearly in writing — with teams, vendors, and clients

Mindset:
- You follow up without being asked
- You stay calm when things get messy
- You'd rather fix a small problem early than escalate a big one later
- You care about getting things done, not just tracking them

What success looks like

- Projects stay on track and teams always know the current status
- Vendor follow-ups happen before delays occur
- Trackers are clean, current, and actually useful
- Senior team spends less time chasing updates because you've already handled it

Reality check This is a fast-moving setting. Things will shift, timelines will be tight, and no two days look the same. If you need a perfectly defined process to operate, this will frustrate you.
