We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to lead Power BI reporting and deliver actionable business insights for our retail operations.

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop CXO-level Power BI dashboards for retail business performance.
- Build advanced DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations.
- Develop efficient data models using star-schema principles, relationships, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Write and optimize SQL queries using Amazon Redshift.
- Manage Power BI Service, including workspaces, gateways, and scheduled refreshes.
- Ensure effective dashboard UX and self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.




- Mentor BI interns and junior data analysts.
- Apply retail domain knowledge across sales, inventory, footfall, margins, and category performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift.
- Knowledge of Power BI Service administration.
- Strong dashboard design, data visualization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Retail or e-commerce analytics experience is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Power BI certification (PL-300) is an added advantage.
