Job Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Corporate AI Trainer / Generative AI & Agentic AI Specialist with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have practical expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and AI automation, along with the ability to deliver engaging, industry-focused training sessions to corporate professionals and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver corporate training programs on Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI automation.
- Conduct practical workshops, live demonstrations, and hands-on technical sessions.
- Train professionals on building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Develop training materials, case studies, assignments, and real-world AI use cases.
- Explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Share practical insights from enterprise AI solution development and deployment.
- Guide participants through AI implementation, integration, and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Robust practical experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI,



or AutoGen.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, or deploying AI solutions for business applications.
- Strong presentation, communication, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Ability to conduct practical AI training sessions with real-world examples.

Preferred Qualifications

- 7+ years of overall technology experience, including substantial hands-on AI experience.
- Previous experience delivering corporate AI training, workshops, or technical mentoring.
- Background as an AI Solutions Architect, GenAI Consultant, AI Engineering Lead, or Senior AI Engineer.
- Exposure to enterprise AI deployments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or implementing production-grade AI solutions.

Ideal Candidate

- We are particularly interested in experienced AI practitioners who have built real-world Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions and are capable of training corporate teams using their practical industry experience.
