Hiring: Contractor Safety Management (CSM) Specialist | Contractor Incubation Centre

We are seeking an experienced CSM Specialist for full-time deployment at our Contractor Incubation Centre.

Engagement

- Duration: 24 months
- Deployment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-job meetings and assess associated risks
- Develop protocols to identify safety skill development needs based on the nature of work
- Provide contractors with the information required for safe delivery of contracted services
- Assess and evaluate field performance of contract workers and generate contractor safety performance data
- Coach and mentor the contractor workforce and supervisors in the field
- Prepare and issue monthly MIS reports




- Coordinate Contractor Safety Committee meetings and ensure the committee functions effectively

Ideal Candidate

- Background in contractor safety management, industrial safety, or EHS
- Solid field presence with the ability to coach and influence supervisors and workers
- Proficiency in risk assessment, data analysis, and MIS reporting
- Willingness to travel and work from Goa as required To Apply
