About International Evaluations (IE)

IE works with applicants, universities, employers, and attorneys, and accuracy, turnaround time, and document quality are at the heart of the service.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer for International Evaluations (IE), focused on drafting Expert Opinion Letters (EOL), Academic Equivalency (AE) evaluations, and credential evaluation reports. These documents are used by clients for US immigration, employment, and licensing purposes, so accuracy, research quality, and a credible academic tone are essential.
The Associate level is open to exceptional fresher writers; the Executive level is for candidates with prior evaluation, academic, or immigration writing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Case focus. You will draft Expert Opinion Letters (EOL), Academic Equivalency (AE) evaluations, and credential evaluation reports for clients using their education and work experience for US immigration, employment, and licensing purposes.
- Expert Opinion Letters. Draft detailed Expert Opinion Letters in the voice of a qualified professor or industry expert, establishing the equivalency and significance of a client's education and professional experience, for expert review and sign-off.
- Academic Equivalency reports. Prepare Academic Equivalency evaluations that map foreign degrees, diplomas, and coursework to their US equivalents, following recognized evaluation standards and our internal methodology.
- Evaluation reports. Draft general, course-by-course, and work experience evaluation reports with complete accuracy in institution names, credentials, dates, grades, and equivalency conclusions.
- Research and verification. Research foreign education systems, institutions, grading scales, and accreditation so that every equivalency conclusion is defensible, and coordinate verifications where needed.
- Templates and standards. Work from approved templates and formats, keep a consistent professional tone, and produce original, plagiarism-free content ready for senior and expert review.
- Deadlines and coordination. Manage multiple reports in parallel, track turnaround time commitments, and coordinate with the documentation team for source documents and clarifications.
- Confidentiality.
Handle client academic and professional records with strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Excellent written English with a formal, precise, and academic style.
- Strong research skills, especially around foreign education systems, institutions, and grading scales.
- High attention to detail in credentials, institution names, dates, grades, and equivalency conclusions.
- Ability to write in the voice of a professor or subject-matter expert with credibility and consistency.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.
- For the Executive level: 1 to 3+ years of experience in credential evaluation, expert opinion letter drafting, academic writing, or immigration content writing.
- For the Associate level: freshers with exceptional writing skills and strong research habits are welcome.
- Willingness to work the night shift aligned with US Pacific Time.
What We Offer
- Structured training on evaluation standards, EOL drafting, and report methodology.
- A competitive stipend during internship, with a clear path to full-time conversion.

- A positive, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.
- Direct exposure to international (US) clients and US business processes.
- Hands-on experience with modern business tools, including GoHighLevel CRM and Google Workspace.
- Training and development facilities to help you grow.
- Food and beverages provided for the night team, with two scheduled breaks.
- Paid US federal holidays.
- A long-term career path with a fast-growing, globally expanding organization.

- Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM IST, aligned to US Pacific Time business hours.
- Two scheduled breaks during the shift.
