Role Description The Construction Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Taloja MIDC, Panvel Taluka, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution of project work. This role includes supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and monitoring progress against project plans and schedules.

The Construction Site

Manager will manage resources, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate site documentation and reporting. The role also involves supporting cost control measures,



addressing site issues proactively, and communicating project status and risks to senior management. The manager will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting the adoption of automation and mechanization where appropriate.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Site Management and Construction Site Management skills, including supervision of daily operations and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Planning skills, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow organization.
- Candidates should possess Cost Control and Budgeting skills to monitor expenses, manage project budgets, and support financial efficiency.
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with prior experience managing construction sites.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices, along with robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide diverse teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Comfort with using digital tools, project management software, and site reporting systems; familiarity with automated and mechanized construction methods is an advantage.
