Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Rohtak.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, aligned with client branding and strategy. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas with the marketing team, writing and editing copy, collaborating with designers on visual assets, and repurposing content for different formats. The role involves monitoring content performance, staying updated on digital and social media trends, and adjusting content approaches to improve reach and engagement.

Creator will also support campaign planning and ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Qualifications

- Robust content creation skills, including copywriting, scriptwriting, and basic visual storytelling for digital platforms.
- Ability to plan and organize content calendars and align content with branding and marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts, such as audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Basic understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers and marketers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak, manage deadlines, and contribute positively to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in branding, digital content creation, or agency work is an advantage but not strictly required.
