Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. The role involves sourcing and evaluating commercial properties, conducting market and financial analyses, and preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients and investors. The specialist will manage client relationships, coordinate property visits, negotiate terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and support transaction execution from initial inquiry through closing.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of listings and deals,



staying informed about local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to align projects with company objectives and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate skills, including property evaluation and market understanding.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance skills for analyzing investment returns, pricing, and transaction feasibility.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in negotiation and stakeholder management to support successful deal structuring.
- Relevant experience in commercial property brokerage, development, or investment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with office and real estate productivity tools are desirable.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing market conditions.
