✅ Non-DRA Collection Executives - 30 Openings
Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate (10+2) or above
- Prior experience in Collections & Recovery is mandatory
- DRA Certification required for DRA positions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Compensation & Benefits? Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance) ? One Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions related to overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up on repayment commitments and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate repayment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and payment updates.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
