Key Responsibilities

- Provide system-level feasibility inputs for setting and achieving TCP targets across platforms.
- Ensure configurability and standardization across platforms.
- Drive overall system delivery across platforms in line with agreed TCP targets.
- Ensure timely release of drawings based on manufacturing, supplier, and cost feasibility.
- Provide engineering solutions to close ORCs and concerns raised by support CoEs and labs.
- Collaborate with platform teams and peers to achieve TCP targets.
- Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables, including SOR, L0/L1/L2 drawings, vehicle packaging, CAD/VP design approvals, and TKO.
- Ensure engineering assessment and technical sign-off.
- Provide feasibility options to platform teams for scope changes.




- Execute the technology roadmap and drive engineering trade-off decisions.
- Resolve interface conflicts within the CoE while ensuring TCP targets are not compromised.
- Allocate resources across platforms and evaluate alternative proposals and concepts.
- Escalate delivery-phase deviations based on their system-level impact.
- Manage stage-gate deliverable deviations with appropriate risk mitigation.
- Drive system-level target breakdown, overall vehicle packaging, ROCMs/cost amendments, and engineering sign-offs.
- Coordinate platform-level technical sign-offs and tooling kick-off activities.
