Role Description: This full time, on-site Clinical Research Associate role is based in Mumbai.

The Clinical Research

Associate will support the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trials in alignment with approved protocols and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with clinical sites, monitoring trial progress, ensuring accurate data collection, and maintaining documentation for clinical operations and regulatory submissions. The role involves collaborating with investigators, site staff, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues,



maintain study timelines, and uphold quality standards.

The Clinical Research

Associate will also assist in protocol training, compliance checks, and periodic reporting of study metrics.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and ability to ensure protocol adherence across study sites.
- Experience as a Clinical Research Associate with practical exposure to Clinical Trials and site monitoring activities.
- Skills in research methodology and data review, with familiarity in Clinical Operations processes.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple sites or studies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
