Pear Media is looking for a "Client Relations Executive" to coordinate with Operations and Client Management and marketing partners, manage day-to-day communication, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication and relationships with clients and marketing vendors.
- Coordinate campaign-related requirements, updates, follow-ups, and deliverables.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
- Handle client queries, maintain records, and track ongoing activities.
- Build strong professional relationships and ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience handling US-based clients, preferably in performance marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Robust coordination, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working remotely during the US shift (8 PM–5 AM IST).
