Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, engineering solutions, technical operations, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and leadership experience in precision engineering, metrology, machinery, machine tools, tooling, industrial automation, or related engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business growth.

Lead technical teams, engineering projects, and product or solution development.

Evaluate new technologies, products, and industrial solutions to expand the company's offerings.

Oversee technical service, application engineering, calibration coordination, and customer support, as applicable.

Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, technology partners, and suppliers.

Identify opportunities in precision measurement, machinery, tooling, automation, and advanced manufacturing.

Drive technical improvements, cost optimization, quality, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with sales and business teams to provide effective technical solutions to customers.





Mentor technical teams and strengthen organizational capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.

A Master's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.

10–20 years of experience in engineering, technology, product development, or technical leadership.

Experience in metrology, precision measurement, machine tools, machinery, tooling, industrial automation, or precision manufacturing.

Robust knowledge of engineering processes, technical problem-solving, and industrial applications.

Proven leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.

Experience working with OEMs, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Language Requirements: Professional working proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam will be considered an advantage. Working knowledge of international languages such as French or German will be an added advantage.

Note: Candidates from industries other than metrology are welcome, provided they have relevant engineering expertise and technical leadership experience.
