Job Position: Flight Safety Manager

We are looking for an experienced aviation safety professional with solid expertise in Flight Safety, Accident/Incident Investigation, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and DGCA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage the Flight Safety Programme and Flight Safety Manual.
- Lead incident investigations, occurrence reporting, and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor flight data,



operational safety trends, SOP compliance, and crew duty-time limits.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented and safety recommendations are followed.
- Oversee emergency response planning and promote safety awareness across teams.
- Coordinate with DGCA and advise senior management on flight safety matters.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Qualified flight crew member or aviation engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accident/incident investigation, safety data analysis, safety information distribution, audits, and inspections, subject to fleet size and applicable requirements.
- Formal training in SMS, accident/incident investigation and prevention, and auditing techniques.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must meet the applicable DGCA approval requirements for the role.
