Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chemistry K-12 Faculty role based in Gurugram. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for K-12 learners, aligned with curriculum standards and Filo’s learning objectives.

Responsibilities include developing lesson plans and educational materials, explaining concepts clearly during live sessions, and adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning needs. The role involves assessing student understanding, providing constructive feedback,



and supporting exam preparation and concept reinforcement. The faculty member will collaborate with academic teams to refine content, participate in curriculum improvements, and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning setting.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry.
- 2–3 years of proven online teaching experience in Chemistry for K12 students.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and instructional planning for K-12 students.
- Experience with academic Research to enhance teaching materials and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Education, or a closely related field.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience with school-age learners, preferably K-12.
- Clear, student-centered communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Comfort with educational technology and digital tools used in classroom and tutoring environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
