We're hiring: Chief Executive Officer | Effingut Breweries | Pune

Effingut is one of India's fastest-growing craft beer businesses, with a turnover of ₹130 Cr, a production brewery and an expanding chain of high performance restaurants and pubs. Our ambition is clear: ₹300 Cr in the next three years, a national footprint, and a public listing. We are looking for a CEO to lead that journey.

What you will do

- Own the P&L; and lead Effingut's growth to ₹300 Cr in three years
- Run the full business: production brewery, restaurants, pubs and retail
- Drive national expansion, from recent markets and outlets to distribution and brand building
- Build, lead and inspire a large, multi-location team, and develop a strong second line of leaders
- Raise operating standards across outlets, with consistent guest experience, quality and unit economics
- Partner with the CFO, founders and board to take Effingut to the IPO
- Represent the brand with investors, bankers, partners and regulators

Must haves

- 20+ years of experience,



of which at least 5 years as CEO or business head of a similar sized business
- Deep, proven knowledge of restaurants and hospitality, along with retail
- Exceptional leader of people, with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
- Experience scaling a multi-outlet business across cities
- Ability to work with investors and bankers and lead a company through IPO readiness

Good to have

- Experience in alcobev, craft beer or brewery operations
- Exposure to a listed company or an IPO journey
- A hands-on, decisive style, comfortable with pace and accountability
