Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountancy Article Assistant role based in Bengaluru.

The Article

Assistant will support audit engagements, including planning, execution, and documentation of statutory, internal, and tax audits under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial records, preparing working papers, assisting in tax computations and filings, and supporting compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. The role also involves supporting due diligence and data analysis for mergers and acquisitions assignments,



maintaining organized records, and coordinating with clients for information and clarifications.

Assistant is expected to learn and apply qualified standards, meet timelines, and contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment.

Qualifications

- Should be a registered CA Article trainee (IPCC/Intermediate cleared as per ICAI requirements) and eligible to commence articleship.
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing standards, and basic tax concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic familiarity with accounting and tax software.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and continuous learning in audit, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions.
