Key Responsibilities

✅ Respond to customer enquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.

✅ Assist customers with product, account, payment, order, and technical-related queries.

✅ Troubleshoot broadband, NBN, modem, router, and wireless network issues.





✅ Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and response standards.

✅ Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure proper follow-up.

✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM and support systems.

✅ Meet service KPIs including response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and chat quality.

✅ Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and company policies.

What We're Looking For

✔ At least 1 year of experience in Chat Support, Customer Service, Helpdesk, Contact Centre, or a similar role.

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

✔ Solid typing, multitasking, and time-management skills.

✔ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Experience using CRM, ticketing, and customer support platforms.

✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.

✔ Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
