Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Channel Partner role based in Mumbai.

The Channel

Partner will develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, distributors, and other strategic partners to drive sales of Decor Story’s bespoke products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, building sales plans, and coordinating promotional activities to expand market reach. The role involves managing partner accounts, monitoring performance against targets,



providing product training and updates, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams.

The Channel

Partner will also gather market insights, recommend improvements to partner programs, and support the overall business growth strategy in the region.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to drive revenue growth.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Sales, with the ability to nurture long-term partner relationships.
- Ability to contribute to Business Planning, including sales forecasting and partner development strategies.
- Experience in the furniture, interiors, luxury, or design sector is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging regularly with external partners and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
