Role Description The Career Counselor will work full time on-site at the Carrift Technologies office in Navsari. This role involves guiding candidates through career exploration, goal setting, and job search strategies, using Carrift’s AI-driven tools and structured processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, reviewing resumes and profiles, advising on interview preparation, and helping candidates evaluate offers and career pathways.

Counselor will collaborate with internal career strategists, maintain accurate records of candidate progress,



and contribute to continuous improvement of counseling methods and resources. The role also requires clear communication with candidates, regular follow-ups to track outcomes, and alignment with Carrift’s mission of delivering measurable, high-quality career support.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to support individuals through career decisions and transitions.
- Robust capabilities in Career Development and Career Management to help candidates set goals, build plans, and navigate job search processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Relevant experience in academic advising, talent development, HR, or coaching is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working with digital tools, data-driven processes, and AI-enabled platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple cases, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
