Guide students and parents through a meaningful educational journey—from psychometric assessment and personalised career insights to career counselling, university selection, admissions and successful enrolment.

What you will do

- Convert qualified enquiries into paid assessments and counselling programmes; manage follow-ups, school/referral partnerships and enrolment targets.
- Introduce age-appropriate psychometric assessments exploring students’ interests, aptitudes, motivations and strengths; coordinate assessment and report delivery.
- Discuss assessment reports with students and parents, helping them interpret findings and explore suitable career pathways without treating results as fixed labels.
- Support personalised career planning, student mentoring, course and university selection, applications and admissions in India and overseas.
- Stay current on admission cycles, eligibility,



scholarships and international study destinations; build trusted parent relationships.

Who we are looking for:

- 3–6 years in career counselling, psychometric assessment-led guidance, university admissions or overseas education consulting.
- Familiarity with student aptitude/interest assessments, career guidance and Indian/international university admissions.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication, persuasion and conversion skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and genuinely committed to student success.

Working Hours & Flexibility:

- The role requires flexibility to accommodate students’ and parents’ schedules, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Working hours will be planned accordingly, with compensatory time off as per company policy.

Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR |

Compensation: Market-competitive salary, fixed per month + performance incentives.
