Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure seamless service.
- Lead and coordinate stewards to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
- Drive upselling and maintain premium service standards.
- Ensure SOP compliance, grooming, and floor discipline.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in premium restaurants, bars, or brewpubs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
