Role Description This Business Development internship role at Industry Ready Academy is an in office position based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support lead generation activities, identify potential partners or clients, and assist in nurturing relationships through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, maintaining contact databases, preparing basic proposals or presentations, and tracking outreach and conversion metrics.

The intern will collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to support campaigns, respond to inquiries, and provide a positive customer experience.



This internship is designed to offer practical exposure to sales and business development processes and help build foundational skills in a professional setting.
