Role Description The Business Development Specialist at PayrollPro is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. In this position, the specialist identifies and nurtures new business opportunities, conducts outreach to prospective clients, and builds long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Typical responsibilities include lead generation, performing market research to understand client needs, presenting PayrollPro solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through closure.





The specialist collaborates with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities and ensures a positive customer experience throughout the engagement. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, monitoring pipeline performance, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies.
