⚠️ INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!We are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Bitumen, Asphalt, Road Construction Materials, or Infrastructure Industry.

Candidates with relevant industry knowledge, an established customer network, and a proven track record in Bitumen sales will be given preference. Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant experience are not suitable for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES✅ Develop new business opportunities and expand Bitumen sales.

✅ Build strong relationships with road contractors, infrastructure companies, and existing customers.

✅ Identify new markets, generate leads, and acquire new customers.

✅ Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.

✅ Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable sales deals.

✅ Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.





✅ Maintain long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS✔️ 4+ years of relevant experience in the Bitumen / Asphalt / Road Construction Materials Industry.

✔️ Strong understanding of Bitumen products, applications, pricing, and market dynamics.

✔️ Existing industry contacts and customer relationships will be a major advantage.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

✔️ Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for business development.
