VAMA Industries Ltd is a BSE-listed technology company with 20+ years of industry experience. Our Engineering Services team supports manufacturers and OEMs through mechanical design, CAD, drafting, and engineering outsourcing.

The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a proactive professional to grow our engineering services business across the US and India. If you have a passion for B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent customers across the US and India.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and engineering companies.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to prepare proposals and win pilot projects.
- Develop long-term client relationships and recurring business.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years in B2B sales, marketing, and business development.
- Marketing experience is mandatory.




- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.

Added advantage: Engineering services, CAD/design solutions, industrial equipment sales, or US market experience.
