Role Description The Business Development Executive – IT Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities for web, app, and IT services, including researching potential markets and clients. Daily tasks include lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and managing negotiations to close deals.

The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing accounts, collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs,



and tracking sales activities and performance metrics. The executive is expected to represent Satva Info Tech professionally, provide regular pipeline updates, and contribute to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and drive growth in IT services.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build pipelines, nurture prospects, and retain key clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage stakeholders, present solutions clearly, and negotiate effectively.
- Relevant experience in IT services sales, software or digital solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple opportunities, and meet defined sales targets.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and reporting dashboards.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
