Role Description

- The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore.
- This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display, aligned with client goals and budgets.
- The executive will manage social media accounts, create and optimize digital content, and coordinate with designers and developers to ensure brand consistency and effective user experiences.
- Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web analytics, preparing reports,



and recommending data-driven improvements.
- The role also includes client communication, understanding business objectives, and contributing ideas to enhance lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and clear reporting.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including channel management, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills for creating concise, engaging, and SEO-friendly digital content.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to interpret performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
- Relevant experience with SEO, Google Ads, and major social media platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and common marketing automation or scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
