Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Chennai.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, and follow up on inquiries through calls, messages, and meetings. The role involves developing relationships with wedding planners, event venues, corporate clients, and individual customers, presenting service packages, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The executive will coordinate with the photography and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and consistent service delivery.



Daily activities include lead tracking, preparing sales reports, gathering market insights, and contributing to promotional activities and collaborations that enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business planning to identify opportunities and support growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to convey value propositions, conduct presentations, and manage client interactions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in photography, events, hospitality, or related creative industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet revenue and activity targets.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
