→ Understanding learners' requirements and recommending suitable programmes.

→ Converting leads into successful admissions through effective follow-ups.

→ Handling queries related to programme fees, eligibility,



scholarships, and admission processes.

→ Maintaining accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM.
